Coaching . . .

External coaching has become something of a sinecure for all needs and in this highly pressurised world, it is easy to see why it has gained in popularity. However if it is to add the value that it has the potential to add, it must be integrated into the performance management systems of the organisation and demonstrably supported by line management.

Coaching should complement not replace line managerial responsibility and should be used within agreed frameworks and with clear objectives set. In this way, and as part of a suite of other potential training (Action Learning Sets, Team Facilitation, Leadership Development) we work with individuals facing new challenges and provide an external sounding board for their development.

All our executive coaches are fully accredited, have regular coaching supervision and abide by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Code of Ethics.
